Shipping

We typically ship orders within 2–3 business days. Delivery times after dispatch depend on destination:

Sri Lanka: often 1–2 days.
International: commonly 7–14 days; customs may add delays.

Tracking is provided where available. Shipping options and charges are shown at checkout based on your address and selected method.

Packaging

We pack for safe transit. If something arrives damaged, contact us promptly with photos — we’ll help resolve it.

Returns & exchanges

Set your real policy here. Example starter text: unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit, excluding shipping costs, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product. Opened skincare/perfume may be non-returnable for hygiene — confirm with your operations and counsel.
