Despite all the changes we all experienced we’ve made it through 2020. We are certainly ready for a fresh start and another growing season of production.
For 2021 we have upgraded our website to start with, like every year before we have added some new products, features based on the feedback that we got the year before. So do let us know if you have any issues with your orders by simply writing to us on our social media platforms, email or phone.

Once again, these changes are to improve the user experience and adapt to our business goals. If you have been ordering from us for many years, you may recall we tend to update our website once a year or so (perks of doing everything in-house). If you are new to our website, you may have found us by searching for beard oils, balms or hair care products, and we’re certainly glad you found us! While we specialise in these amazing handcrafted products, we also are expanding our horizon into a variety of new products. So expect some new products in the coming days.

We have disabled cash-on-delivery for domestic orders. This is a much difficult decision, but we had to make this call due to complications that come with COD. Unfortunately, we are having difficulties finding the right service provider and keeping up with cancellations. Since we only make small-batch products, if someone cancels that means another person is losing the opportunity to make that purchase. Due to covid-19, we find it unsafe to accept returns as well. So as for now, we are only accepting pre-paid (via our website) orders. Maybe in the future, once we have found a solution, we might have it back.

We have made USD as the default currency on our website. This is so we can serve more customers around the world. At the same time, it makes more sense to keep in USD since we make purchases in USD for the ingredients. As a local business, we still have LKR as an option for you so you can select LKR from the currency switcher (which will automatically pick LKR based on your geolocation in Sri Lanka).
